Inspection Comments   INSPECTION DUE TO FIRE IN HVAC EXHAUST AT 1ST DRIVE THRU WINDOW. FIRE EXTINGUISHER DISCHARGED. SMOKE AND FIRE RETARDANT CHEMICAL CONFINED TO THE SMALL AREA NEAR THE WINDOW. NO FOOD IN AFFECTED AREA.
-EMPLOYEE DISCARDED HAPPY MEAL BOXES NEXT TO WINDOW.
-WASH, RINSE, AND SANITIZE SODA BIB CONNECTORS ADJACENT TO THIS AREA.
-DEEP CLEAN THE ENTIRE AFFECTED AREA: CEILING, WALLS, FLOORS, SHELVING, EQUIPMENT, ETC. COMPLETELY CLOSE OFF THE AFFECTED AREA UNTIL COMPLETELY CLEANED.
-FOLLOW UP WILL OCCUR ON MONDAY. YOU MAY REOPEN WITH THE AFFECTED AREA CLOSED.
